Responsibilities:
- Evaluate plumbing project requirements and create accurate cost estimates
- Review blueprints, specifications, and proposals to determine material and labor costs
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors to get competitive pricing
- Communicate with clients to understand project scope and expectations
- Provide detailed reports and proposals for approval
- Ensure estimates align with industry standards and company pricing models
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in plumbing estimation or a related field
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and labor costs
- Strong analytical and math skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in estimation software is a plus
