Islay and Carlos from Empire Plumbing did a magnificent job of redoing all the exterior piping under our house both horizontal and vertical. They were responsible, consistently here, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. And now they the job is complete, everything is clean as a whistle. Thank you. On Miami Beach, it is always hard to find good contractors to service your home. Empire Plumbing is the BEST solution for Plumbing that I have found over my 58 years living here. Truly a professional company with the best crews I have seen. I want to call out Carlos, Isley, Jaciel and Elier. Clean work areas, respectful, honest and my dogs loved them. All in all, a great experience every time. Honest, reliable and professional. You can't go wrong hiring this company for all your plumbing needs.

Albert and his team have been great to work with on an appliance installation that requires new plumbing in a very tight space within an older building. They took the time to evaluate the situation carefully and proposed practical, well-thought-out solutions supported by technical specifications and real-world experience.

Their proposal and onsite evaluation was very comprehensive — something that’s surprisingly hard to find in South Beach.

They are professional, diligent, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process.

I highly recommend Albert and his team for projects of any size, whether it’s a small repair or a more complex installation.

We recently used Empire Plumbing and the service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work quickly without cutting corners.

What really impressed us was their attention to detail and commitment to customer service. They made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving and kept the work area clean the entire time. It’s hard to find a plumbing company that is both reliable and honest, but Empire Plumbing exceeded all expectations.

If you’re looking for dependable plumbing services in Miami Beach, I highly recommend Empire Plumbing. Excellent communication, fair pricing, and top-quality workmanship. We will definitely continue using them for all future plumbing needs!

I wanted to support a local business and at first I was very dissapointed as I had gotten two different responses on 2 diffferent days. I was furstrated as I had been without hot water and AC for 10 days at that point. I do want to thank Albert for his followup as clearly values customer service and his customers. I will continue to support local busiiness. GIve Albert and his team a chance.
